Our company specializes in the application of the most advanced, commercial grade products for complete protection of expensive stone, grout, concrete, and pavers.
Not all sealers are the same. Water based, solvent based, topical. We’ve spent years testing and comparing sealers from dozens of companies. Many claims can be disproven with simple comparison tests. We know what works, what lasts, and how to apply them. Since we also do restoration work, we’ve seen what doesn’t as well. We will also tell you how to properly maintain your surfaces to keep them looking great.
We offer
Advanced, urethane based topical sealers for sanded grout – Our Perma-Grout product bonds to the substrate of the grout and forms a barrier on the surface against stains and dirt. If you have been disappointed with grout sealers before, you’ve got to see this.
Floro-Polymer Impregnating sealers – Excellent oil and water repelling for all stone and non-sanded grout. FDA approved for cook prep areas.
High Solids “Gloss” finishes – Ultra hard, wet look finishes for saltillo pavers, slate, and patios. This product will enhance the look of natural stone and protect for years.
Our highly trained staff works regularly in Southern California including Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Burbank, Glendale, Studio City, Encino, Hollywood Hills, Universal City, the Valley, Santa Clarita, and eastern Ventura County.
Grout is used to even the installation, aid in cleaning and maintenance, and protect the tiles from edge damage. Unfortunately most grouts have a texture that can show stains and capture dirt. Over time these stains and dirt build up and make your tiled surface look old and worn. Grout and Stone Services provides additional sealing procedures that can protect the grout against staining and dirt collection to keep your tile surface look great for a long time.
Our first step is to clean the grout and ensure there is no damage to it; if there is we repair the damage. With a cleaned surface we next install professional quality sealants to the, stone, tile, and grout to protect them from further damage and stains. Finally we provide guidance on maintaining the surfaces for long term perfection (after treatment the guidance is usually “clean with soap and water”; yes it is that easy).
Sealing your grout and stone keeps the surfaces looking new for a long time and makes cleanup simple.
